Refund policy

Effective 2026-10-01. Purchases made through porticodesk.com are from the licensed Brokerage named at checkout; that Brokerage's refund policy applies and it issues the refund.

What every Brokerage in the network offers

• A plan is paid once for 12 months, does not renew automatically, and is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if no credit has been used. Credits belong to the Brokerage that sold them; to list in another Brokerage's state, the unused portion is refunded here and bought there.
• A single-home package is refundable in full until the listing has been entered in the MLS. Once entered, the fee has been earned.
• An add-on is refundable until work on it starts or, for physical items, until it ships.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days, and card processing fees are not deducted.

Portico's software fee

When a Brokerage refunds a purchase, Portico returns its software fee on that purchase to the Brokerage, so your refund is never reduced by it.
